In business since 1991, Research Management Systems has received the following MBE Certifications:

• Upstate New York Regional Minority Purchasing Council
• NYS Dept. of Economic Development

Our SBA 8(a) certification became effective June 1994 under the name R. Merchandise & Supplies, Inc.

A new division was formed as of June 1995.
